  • Four RECENT Photos that Include Your Face and Body (No Filters nor Alterations Please)

  • Age, Phone Number, and Email Address (Must Provide a Copy of Your Photo ID as We Use it for Proof of Age)

  • Availability

  • Experience (or Let Us Know if This is New Field for You)

  • Links to your work social media

All PDX Peaches Must be Positive, Energetic, and On Time for Scheduled Shifts.
